I submitted my resume online from a post (idealist or some other job board) and was contacted about a week after the closing. I had a preliminary phone interview and than was called back for a 1:1 with the president. About two days later I came to the office to meet with select board members and senior staff. I received an offer about a week later. It was about a month from seeing the job online to an offer. I started the job a week after acceptance.
