Initial response after application was fast. There were 3 or 4 rounds of interviews. It includes people within the Finance/Accounting department as well as other departments as well. The entire process took two weeks, so it moved very quickly.

Question 1
There were the standard questions. But there was also a lot of focus on how candidates can bring innovation to the role and the organization. I think this theme came up with every interview round so if you're interested in interviewing this this organization, definitely think about how you've brought innovation to your previous roles. The people I interviewed with seemed great. Best of luck to anyone lucky enough to join them.
