Entretien
It consisted of two interview rounds. First one being with HR, and latter being with Manager. Overall, it wasn't that difficult. They also hired people with no CSR experience in 2022. Not really sure if it is still happening.

Simple,very simple,nothing was complicated,simply asked me about my academic background,previous experiences,their tone was so so good,felt so much at home.The main guy had a smile on his face most of the duration
