Extremely Rigorous. Interview process took over three weeks, with four interviews. They literally give you homework assignments as well as make you take three tests. After being given high remarks and praise and told I would be a great fit, the company promptly ghosted me and wasted an entire month of my life. Extremely unprofessional on their part. The employees I shadowed both told me that the amount of work you do isn't worth the pay, and in the first year 90% of people quit. They expect you to work 9 hours a day, 7 hours afterwork during the month, and wake up at 5 in the morning to hopefully get an account that someone hasn't already picked clean. These guys cost me an interview with my dream job. 0/10 would not recommend.

Good interview good people great environment. Went over everything that I needed to know and they offer a somewhat competitive salary. Seems like a job that could be very beneficial for someone looking to work hard and move their way up in a company.

Very straightforward 2 round process. First call with the recruiter and the second with the hiring manager. They ask you to do a little take home assignment before the 2nd interview round to explain your understanding of logistics and the service they provide.

First was a phone call with the recruiter and then an in office visit shadowing two team members and then an interview again with the recruiter. The final interview was an in office visit again but with timed quizzes and also meeting with the hiring manager.
I shadowed two people one who was a trainee and another who was more “tenured”. The job itself looked very hard to get leads and long hours, also had a very sales floor vibe.
