1. I first got a call from the recruiter to get information in regard to my previous experience. 2. I had a zoom call from the recruiter to be able to go more in depth into my Resume. 3. I had a shadowing experience with an agent on the floor to review the call flow process. 4. I had an interview with the project manager. 5. I am awaiting response on next steps in regard to if I got the position or not.
