After having applied for the position online over the weekend, I received a call from HR the following Monday morning to notify me of an email I would receive through which I could schedule the best time for a phone interview. I never received the email and when I followed up with HR, they were unable to find my application. I applied again, and this time I was able to successfully schedule a phone interview. I was told that the interview would last anywhere from 20-30 minutes and to prepare a 3 minute sales pitch. When the recruiter called, she informed me that the phone interview would only be 15 minutes and that it wasn't necessary to perform the 3 minutes sales pitch. At this point, I was frustrated with the lack of organization and communication and didn't really care if the interview process didn't advance.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. I believe there was a total of about three interviews and then your hired. They will most likely hire you and if you don’t make it through proving grounds that’s when you will get fired

Multiple phases and conversations. Very money-oriented. If you are interested in building capital, it is a good experience, but they make it clear that the job is a grind. Overall, it is a good interview experience, and they make it clear that you will be thoroughly trained.

The interview process with TQL was simple and easy-going. They have a three-step interview process, the first two are conversation-based with a recruiter, and the last one is with her manager.
