I was first contacted by a recruiter who asked if a was interested in the position. I knew nothing about the company or the position so she gave me a lot of information and I decided I was interested. Next she the link to the application over and I researched the company and position before filling ou the application. The next day I got a call from my recruiter letting me know that she looked over my application and resume and then she sent over some screening questions to get to know me a little more. After I sent those back she set up an over-the-phone interview and explained to me the sales pitch I would have to do. I had to pick any product and try to sell it to her. The phone interview was a few days later and went pretty well. Next, she explained to me how the on-site interview would work and sent over a study guide for the tests I would be taking. I went into the Centerville location and was sat at a computer to take a few short tests, Typing (which they don't actually care what you get on), math, and a test on the 50 states and time zones. I got a point less than I needed to on the math test but I still went on to shadow a guy there for about 30 minutes. After that, I left without doing the interview because I needed to pass the math test first. I came back the next week and retook the math test where I received a 100% and I went on to the interview which was supposed to be with my recruiter on a webcam at the office but the webcam was not working so she just called me and we had our interview for about 30 minutes where I was asked a lot of situational questions. After the interview, she said she was interested in a final interview. She told me about an assignment I had to do first before the interview which was short and fun. Once I turned that in, she scheduled the final interview with the GM. I went into the interview feeling confident and very excited. Unfortunately, the final interview did not go very well. From the beginning, I did not feel like he took me seriously especially since I am very young (19) he asked about my interests and why I left my previous job. I told him I enjoyed cooking and baking and he told me maybe I should go to culinary school instead. I explained to him I was not interested in making cooking and baking my career. He told me this was a "big girl" job n a very condescending tone. The whole time I felt like I was not being taken seriously and it was just a big joke to him. He asked me what I'm doing in my personal life to better myself. I answered the question and he asked me the same thing and I was confused but answered confidently again. He then repeated himself again and I repeated my answer. I don't know what he wanted me to say but apparently, my answer was not good enough. I was extremely upset but remained confident and finished the interview even though I knew it was over. I was extremely excited I knew the position was going to be difficult but I was ready to work long hard hours. Unfortunately, I do not think I had a shot from the beginning of the final interview. I think a lot of it had to do with the fact that I am a young female which is too bad because I know I would have done very well in this position.

Good interview good people great environment. Went over everything that I needed to know and they offer a somewhat competitive salary. Seems like a job that could be very beneficial for someone looking to work hard and move their way up in a company.

Very straightforward 2 round process. First call with the recruiter and the second with the hiring manager. They ask you to do a little take home assignment before the 2nd interview round to explain your understanding of logistics and the service they provide.

First was a phone call with the recruiter and then an in office visit shadowing two team members and then an interview again with the recruiter. The final interview was an in office visit again but with timed quizzes and also meeting with the hiring manager.
I shadowed two people one who was a trainee and another who was more “tenured”. The job itself looked very hard to get leads and long hours, also had a very sales floor vibe.
