Had several interviews. Office is located in high-rise downtown. Wore a suit to the interview yet all employees wore sweat pants. There was no privacy since everyone sat close together in one big room. 22 weeks of training and working on Saturdays. Advice to Management: provide office elsewhere and add cubicles with free parking.

Process was fair, 2 phone interviews and have a live interview scheduled. The first interview was over the phone and the second was via Teams. Dealing with a recruiter as well.

The interview process was really great. I really enjoyed everyone I talked to and got a thorough understanding of the company and the position. I ultimately declined the offer but I would recommend.
