e are different interviews that you attend in person. As part of the process, they ask you to take three tests: knowledge about the company, learning the location, abbreviations, and time zones of all the states in the country. There is also a basic math test. Although the tests are not very difficult, they do require preparation.

Something I didn’t think was appropriate is that they insistently ask about your work–life balance, almost as if it were something negative if you actually want to have one.

During the interview process it was super easy communicating with the recruiter. During the process I like how you get to go in and shadow 2 people to see how the calling and prospecting works. Over very nice

Solid, Would recommend anyone who is passionate about sales and wanting the ability to earn uncapped commission. Base pay is low so understand it is very much an "Eat what you kill" environment

The recruiter explained the interview process very well and happily answered any questions I had. There were a total of 3 interviews. The first was a phone call, the second one was where you went into the office to meet the recruiter, and the third interview was with the hiring manager. In between interviews, you had to do a small homework assignment that helps you understand the industry a bit better. There is also an assessment but they provide you with study materials.
