-Found out they were hiring from talking to folks inside of the store,
-Went and filled out an application
-Had the interview.
-From learning of the position to having the interview was 2 days, very quick because they were urgently hiring
-They got me on the schedule within a week

Entretien
They had a Phone Call Interview first then In person Interview, and then District Manager Interview. It was pretty straightforward. The district manager interview was only when I got promoted to Key Holder.
