1st round includes gd. then the hr interview after that they called us to their
Headoffice for both hr & technical one..
P.S-it was campus recruitment procedure for chemical engg. the word techno-marketing means it is a complex profile like of B.E where bachelor is real while engineering is imaginary, same techno is imaginary while marketing is real.. so guys who want to stick to their technical field..torrecid is not good for them..they will make you forget ur engg. Part..
Pay is average..not bad..
I trickly declined their offer at end moment..i could easily make ,as i have my future plans..& they want me to have a bond of 2 years

Question 1
the questions are not of great level , even the hr at headoffice tonted me for my future plans..for declaring me ambitious..may be she got insecured of my ambitions..it was horrible ..but the gd+hr interview in my campus was great..they will ask u the basic questions like what is ceramics ,will u able to work at different locations, future plans etc..so chill...nothing serious..

First a digital interview followed by group discussion and final interview.
Group discussion includes a scenario off an employee who wasn't upto the standards and we had to decide whether to fire him or not
