After signing up via their website I was contacted via email to set up a phone interview before my resume was even uploaded. The interviewer wanted the profile to be filled out, adding of interviewer's skype account, and scheduling of first stage interview via their web portal. The initial interview was simply asking what skill you are best at followed by the interviewer describing the rest of the interview process. It was described as a 3 part test via codility followed by a review with a senior member, and finally a project which I was told would likely only take a few hours. The Interviewer recommended practicing prior to taking the online test as the questions are not practical development questions. I was told that I could skype or email the interviewer at any time in regards to the interview. After completing the online test it has been more than a week without any word from Toptal.
