Long and repetitive. The screening process should vary according to the role you're applying to. Otherwise they ask you the same things over and over again and the worst part is that theyre still asking things like "what are your strengths and weaknesses?".

Straightforward, a bit long, but otherwise fair and transparent. The recruiter stayed on top of our communication, was pleasant and helpful. The hiring team was amazing to chat with, especially the hiring manager. Overall positive impression from this process.
