If you value your time, avoid this process at all costs. I passed the infamous coding challenges in the first stages. The big surprise came in the last step, when you have to deliver a web app. Be prepared to spend 2 full work weeks on it for free. If you have already a job, I wouldn't even try. You won't pull it off. After spending a massive amount of time in the app, my last interview was with a Java developer whose only goal was to find non-existent mistakes or bugs. Just to give an example, he found unacceptable that I used the free Google Maps api for the implementation instead of paying for the full version (even though it wasn't needed to showcase the functionalities of the app). I was applying for a React Front dev position, and nothing about the interview went in that direction. No code review, no going through tests. The only thing put to the test was the ego of the screener. After disagreeing with his professional judgement, he hang up on me... such a level of professionalism. I might say, in the first interviews the interviews were extremely kind people though. Please, appreciate your time. You can do better than this company and invest this massive amount of time and effort in some of the better millions of opportunities for developers out there.
