Entretien
I applied online, not knowing anyone at the company, and was contacted 2.5 weeks later by the recruiter. She was one of the more professional recruiters I have met. She followed through on everything she said she would do, was on time for calls, responded in a timely manner, etc. I interviewed with a variety of people and did a very small project to demonstrate my style. Time from first interview to offer was 2 weeks (4.5 weeks total after submitting resume). Package negotiations were standard and fair.

Questions were fair and consistent with other companies I was considering at the time. They will likely ask you to do a small project and I believe showing "coachability" will benefit you.
I had an interview with a recruiter as part of the hiring process. The conversation included specific questions related to the role and my previous experience. The interview was structured and focused on assessing my fit for the position and understanding my background in similar tasks.

The process was very comprehensive, and the interviewers were very good at what they were doing. The first phase is quite easy, but when it comes to the later stages that's where the weeding comes out. Overall a challenging interview.
Recruiter kept me well informed throughout the process. They also provided documents about the company and benefits which was appreciative. You’re also expected to take an assessment during the process.
