Four step screening process starts with skype interview about english communication, the second is technical test on Codility platform 3 exercices on your preferred programming language 30 min for each one, the third is programming test sharing you screen with a senior developer he gives you two problems, the 4th is mini project that should be completed in 15 days.

Cordiality platform contain a lot of programming exercise in different levels (Painless, Medium, ,,,) the technical online test contain at least one from medium an up so you can take a look for there available training an have an idea about the difficulty of problem, for me it was the hardest part the 3rd and 4th steps are manageable.
