English Interview followed by technical discussion which includes skill discussion and the level of portfolio provided over the internet. then followed by on phone interview with the panelist of experts in Design.

The interview process had several steps ( screening, interview, assessment, presentation, profile building) but they were very clear and well structured and screeners were very professional. I was able to take my time to go through all of it and it payed off.
