Set of four interviews: three 1-on-1 interviews (recruiting, product, and development) followed by a case study session. The case study was take-home, and you had multiple options to showcase your talents.

Initial screen with a recruiter who really took her time to tell me about the company and role. I felt like she was a great showing for the company culture during our chat.
It turned out she didn't really give a great picture of the interview as a solid block of behavioral questions and framed it as being more casual with only a few questions.
After my interview with the hiring manager, I emailed the recruiter to touch base and learned she didn't work there anymore. I followed up with their HR team (would they have contacted me if I hadn't?). The person I spoke to emailed me saying she wanted to take the time to let me know personally that I wasn't moving forward but I'd also get a form email. I asked for feedback on the process, even calling out that giving feedback was among their company values. At this point the person I was speaking to told me that they could not give individual feedback due to the volume of the applications. I found this disappointing, considering that they had taken the time to contact me personally about the role earlier, that I knew they only had a handful of people actually interviewing to reply to, and that feedback was part of their company values.
The questions were all generic behavioral PM questions with nothing specific to the niche role itself. There was little time for questions.
