Group interview with high emphasis on sociability and people were pulled out of the group one on one with managers from various departments. They want to see your personality and the more fun and outgoing you are the better off you will be.

Entretien
Group interview, they put you into small groups and get you to play top golf with that group and watch and observe you, at the end you get a one to one interview with a manager. It's a very laid back and enjoyable process
Was very straightforward and professional. The interviewer was very kind and also very open. Didn't feel pressured or nervous afterwards. It felt very easy to talk to them. This is how most interviews should be conducted.
