The interview was Fun and laid back. They really wanted us to feel calm and welcomed throughout the entirety. The interview was set up like speed dating and you would go between 4 different tables and answer questions for two minutes

At first you go to a group interview then after you go to an individual interview with a bunch of the managers and then you do a trial run and then you get more practice as you go. They were nice and helpful.

This is not a typical interview process be warned. I received a call for a group “hiring event” with games and dancing, followed by quick speed dating style interviewing. It is a couple hours long too.

Interview was a group activity that lasted 2 hours just to be told they don’t intend on offering me a server job and offering a lower paying bussing job instead.
