It wasn't even an interview. I was told that it was just an "interview", but instead the interviewer brought in two tutoring clients and told me to help them out WITHOUT telling me in advance. I didn't know that this was actually going to be some kind of tutoring session instead and so I wasn't prepared.
In-between this tutoring I was given a grade 7 math assessment worksheet to complete. And then after an hour, I was hurriedly shooed away as a new group of clients came in for tutoring and brushed off as I tried to present the documents that I was asked to bring.
The entire interview was rushed, impersonal (I hardly even got to talk to the interviewer at all throughout all this), and completely lacking in professionalism for the fact that in addition to receiving little conversation and attention from the interviewer throughout all this, I was never told that I would be tutoring actual clients or given any corresponding material to prepare to tutor anyone in advance.
