The thing I loved about the interview process here is that they ask you to prove your talents before you are considered for a full time position. Example, you would design a marketing campaign if you were being considered for a sales and marketing position. This is a very thorough interview process and it's in three parts, group, one on one, then background check. Almost felt like I was applying for top secret clearance!
