It was a long process, 3 steps. 1. phone interview 2. short wonderlic test interview 3. top grade interview A total of 3 weeks before an offer was made. It was a bit extensive but now in the role I understand why they go through such a rigorous process. You must be very organized, driven, and do well when assigned goals and metrics.
