Entretien
Round table interview with over ten of us and one of the area managers interviewing us (the second interviewer could not make it to the venue). The area manager introduced himself and a little bit about the company. We also introduced ourselves at his request. We discussed about the company together and also did fun tests involving some of the values the company was looking for and also some business mathematics.
The interview ended with the area manager asking if there was anyone who had a question.

The interview was pretty good, the interviewers were very helpful and friendly. They explained all the job roles and
responsibility's that I would be doing if i was hired. I even had a nice little chat with them after the interview process was done.

Entretien
It was a group interview (16 people) all sat around a boardroom table. You were given a booklet with questions and tests to answer. The questions were typical for an interview. You would be given 10 minutes to write your answer and then in turn everyone had to read out their answers in front of everyone as well as the interviewer. The interview also had people going for a range of jobs ranging from retail assistant to store manager and so it wasn't very personal or specific. The whole interview took 2 Hours.
