Attended a recruitment day then made it to the final interview stage. This was the worst experience I ever had in terms of getting feed back after my interview. What is crazy is that I had a great interview with the employers, but never heard back from them after the interview with neither a call or email back. I found it super unprofessional and was left in the dark. Was told to wait for a call from HR to confirm my details and I was never called. Even if I didn’t get an offer I should of been contacted back. This put me off working for beauty retail even after my years of experience because it made me feel so undervalued. Now I’m only a freelancer. It was for the best I guess.
