Met with both the store manager and the regional manager. Sat in their storage room with another applicant and was asked questions about previous history. Both of us were hired. They just wanted respectable, hard workers.

My interview was quick and easy, relaxed and conversational. I submitted my application online then just stopped in in person to introduce myself, so it happened out on the sales floor and was very laid back. Decision was made quickly and was offered a job on the spot.

1 minute face to face concerning availability. Really quick and standard. No need to dress up. I expected a slightly longer interview but the person interviewing basically wanted to see that I existed.
