Easy process where I had two interviews. Its important to know the basics of the brand and also express what you can bring to the table. They are looking for fun and social people who can represent the TB lifestyle.
1st interview with SM - Basic knowledge of Retail basic operations as part of management.
2nd interview with GM - In depth knowledge of structure of business and previous experience with full teams.
3rd interview with RM Review of all knowledge and overall understanding.

Three different interviews over the phone with store management. They all seemed very nice and I love to shop at Tommy Bahama, they have great clothes. All the interviews were pretty standard
