Phone interview with the recruiter. Typical questions about my experience. The call lasted 1 hour with the recruiter stating my resume would be passed to the hiring manager and would be in touch. I immediately followed up with a thank you email and waited with no response. I followed up weeks later, again no response. Very unprofessional in my opinion, especially when companies are having a hard time recruiting new employees. Sign of a company with poor values.
