I interviewed in August of 2020. Interview process was pretty straightforward. Had a phone screen with a recruiter with some general questions about interests. The second stage of the interview was meeting with the department manager and supervisor. During the interview I was confident that this was not a good fit for me. A large part of the interview was focused with informal questions. I was told that I would be followed up within the next week and was ghosted. The lack of communication is telling of the environment a person would be working in.
