Easy interview - I just walked in and applied. Each applicant is immediately interviewed on the spot if they have the right experience. The managers were warm and friendly and I felt welcomed.

None, really. The manager and I conversed like we were old friends. I remember leaving very excited about starting my position there. But my training didn't actually take place for another month, so that was disappointing.
