I started the process at 21 October with a Skype technical interview with a software architect then another Skype interview with two scrum masters and then they sent a coding task and I finished it and delivered it at 11 November and waited about 3 weeks (30 November) and they told me that I have passed it successfully and I'll move to the last step in the process which is onsite interview at TomTom Amsterdam and from here everything stared to be more slow. The HR wasn't reply my emails until 21 December they sent an email to me apologies that it is taking so long to arrange the face to face interview and they will contact me in the beginning of the new year to set this up. at the start of Jan I got an email from the HR to arrange the onsite interview and and they have sent an invitation letter to me and gone in silence again. I sent multiple emails and there is no reply. Finally I got a reply from one of the HR that they have confirmed my travel booking and they will send to me tickets and reservations. One day later I got a shocking email from the HR that my interview has been cancelled and I am kicked out from the interview process. Finally my experience with the technical team was so good. They were really very helpful, but was very bad specially with the HR team. They doesn't respond to emails and they made the process takes too long and finally told me you are out of the shortlist and there are another better candidates.
