took four round interviews
and makeup skill assessment
the first two rounds are skype/phone interviews
and if you pass you ll meet someone in person and strats from there
they asked really a lot of questions
basicly you need to know what you are doing , what is your interest and you need to have passion for the job it self
The Tom Ford interview focused on luxury retail qualities, customer service and brand knowledge. It included questions on KPI awareness and “name a time when” type questions to assess relevant experience.
