Both the recruiter and the hiring manager called 10+ minutes late so i retracted my interest in the position. Potential employees should not be held to a double standard where tardiness comes off as extremely unprofessional. Time is valuable.

Everything was communicated effectively. The process went quickly. They work around existing schedules. The interviewer paid attention to the questions I asked and was thought about the answers. The avoided and actual answer about diversity and inclusion

Very pleasant phone conversation. Recruiter offered various different job possibilities. Discussed different opportunities and sent follow up email with job descriptions. There was no pressure and did not seem like a sales scam

They asked several questions. Asked ypfor what long term goals I had and what I was looking for on my employer. Questions were very easy going and there was no feeling of selective screening
