The interview consists of 4 panels:
1) live coding test (problem solving, unit testing)
2) system design (highly available, scalable)
3) technical experience discussion (with engineering manager)
4) culture fit (with head of engineering)

- live coding to test problem solving / analysis
- live unit testing code
- design system design for a business requirement
- what is your experience on bla bla bla (will be related to future tasks, ie. Cloud, PostgreSQL, Redis, etc)
Tokopedia has standard interview process, starting with screening round then coding round then system design round then debugging round and last HR round. You might be asked questions with various level of difficulty based on role you are applying to.
