2 interviews - both inconsistent and emailed at all hours of the day. After they were unable to meet during provided times, no thank you for accommodating their schedule for interview. Both people I met, praised their commitment to inclusivity, diversity, and touted the down to earth culture at Toast. They went above and beyond to ensure they *said* they were forward thinking, including asking for pronouns. However. afterwards, I received a canned response with a no reply email, and no option to follow up, to request feedback, or to find out more about the direction of the role. Waste of time.
