Phone screen, call with manager, 2 in person rounds and offer The managers were knowledgeable. except them, other people seem to be thrown in to ask random senseless questions such as what brings you here, hows your life, what are your weekends etc etc. Of the 5 people I met on one day, 2 were yawning and chilling on their cell phone and one had no idea what he/she was upto. lol
