Entretien
I went through 5 interviews total. The initial screening was with the recruiter. The second one was with a VP to assess my Spanish (bilingual position). The last stage was what they called a panel, which was basically 3 more interviews almost back to back with, a. hiring manager b. senior manager and c. Sr CSM. The whole process, from me applying to receiving the offer took 3 weeks. Very seamless and always heard back within 2 days after each interview.

Entretien
I worked with Laura on Toast’s Recruitment team. She made the interview experience wonderful - always super communicative, even when there wasn’t yet an update. I appreciate all the time put into my interview experience, especially during a time when companies are inundated with applicants and thus not well organized. I went through an HR screening, call with hiring manager and panel with management. Questions are fairly standard - qualitative and scenario based.
