I applied online and networked with as many people as I could find on LinkedIn. One particularly helpful employee, directed me to a recruiter and they set up an interview with him. It took about 40 minutes, he asked me about transitioning careers (from restaurants to sales), why I think I would be a good fit, and what I knew about the product already. He very quickly went over the product, benefits, job requirements and told me he would let me know if I passed onto the last round. I was rejected 8 hours later.
