I applied through a Recruiter and got called for a face to face interview with Human Resources and the Workshop Manager that took 30 mins. I was taken around the facility and that evening I was told by the recruiter to come back the next day for a trial day. That trial day was a good experience- I got to interact with everyone and solve some engineering problems and work with the CAD software.
