The process was simple, an in-person interview with one of the owners (at the time). We discussed my qualifications, what the role entails, details about the job such as hours and did a walk through the company, as well as the shop floor. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

There was one interview, and it was straightforward. You are asked about your experience and what you can bring to the company. Be expected to talk in some detail regarding previous projects if you do have experience in the field. The interviewer will mention the company's vision for the future and make sure your goals are aligned.
