They ask you mechanical questions and prior experience. Easy interview if you know about cars. One question I remember is, "if a car has over 200,000 miles what blend of oil should you put?" I obviously answered diesel and was hired the next day.

It was very easy, just went over expectations and exchanged different questions. Just have to prove yourself and show them what you can do. Be able to pass a drug test and it's an alcohol and drug free environment. Just have a good attitude and do the unthinkable.
