I recently had the first interview for a data analyst position, which was conducted with an HR representative over the phone. The interview lasted approximately 15 minutes and covered basic questions about my background, experience, and motivation for applying. It was more of an initial screening to determine if I met the core qualifications for the role and to provide me with some information about the position and the company's culture.
