It starts with a 30-minute discussion with an HR person. Then 45 minute conversation about culture fit and sales proficiency with 2 sales managers. The third step is a 30-minute moc call with 2 sales managers.

Entretien
I interviewed with Tipalti for a Senior AE role on their Digital & Corporate teams. I originally applied for one of the roles and was asked to interview for both due to my exp. and seniority. Went through SEVEN rounds with the recruiter, Sales Managers, Director and VP.
Tipalti seems to have no respect for candidates time. Working in sales and tech I am used to going through several rounds, however, the rounds and time commitment seems to be overkill. After a few weeks of back and fourths, 7 interviews and tons of prep work and calls I received a generic rejection email.
My partner went through 8 rounds. He were asked to go into the office to meet the team and do a tour. They did one more 30 min chat in the office then ghosted for 2 weeks. They then responded with a generic rejection and asked that he go for another team. 5 rounds later he once again got a generic rejection.
Please stop wasting peoples time. Its leaving a bitter taste in the industry for many tech sales contributors.
