I received a message via LinkedIn from a recruitment agency. I successfully progressed through multiple rounds (including the initial interview and completing a home assignment) and made it to the third stage, which involved another interview. However, the recruitment agency suddenly stopped communication and I was left without updates. When I reached out to inquire about the interview schedule, the recruiter just answered me that the position had been put on hold. The surprising fact was that a few days later, a different recruiter from the same agency reached out to me once again on LinkedIn offering the same position. I explained that I had already interacted with one of her colleagues, advanced through various stages, and then experienced a hold in the process. She just apologized for the confusion.
