The interview process was extremely time consuming, and not a good use of time. If you make it after the first phone interview they will have you schedule a zoom interview with the same person, then if you make it pst that you complete a take home “assessment” with tasks to complete that will take about three hours to do. If they like your answers on your assessment they will then schedule three separate interviews with different members of the company. This is where the big problem starts…. The first interview and assessment portion went well (already 5 hours of my time), but i felt the next one didn’t go that well, yet they still had me interview with the other employees that were already scheduled, so I felt it was a huge waste of time to have those interviews when I could tell they wouldn’t proceed with me. Five video interviews, two phone interviews, interviews and an extensive assessment is way too time consuming for a position that isn’t an upper level management position. It was pretty ridiculous.
