I was approached by someone at the company. We had a quick screening call, and then set up an appointment for a technical interview. However, my contact never admitted me into the meeting for the technical call, nor responded to my emails afterwards.
2 introductory calls to discuss my profile. After 1 month no updates. When someone has taken the time to apply to a position and furthermore having interviews with you the minimum you should do is to just inform if you continue or not.

They asked me about my previous projects and had detailed discussion on it. The tod me about their projects and the team for which they were hiring. We had a technical to semi-technical discussion as well.
