I had an initial call with someone from Canada to determine my preferences and to see if I could get a visa. Following that I had an interview via telephone for my current role as a supply teacher with the London team. Now that I am looking to have my own classroom next year, I am currently doing interviews with UK principals for a September position. It's great because although they are obviously interviewing me, I do not feel forced to accept positions just because they are offered to me.
