J'ai passé un entretien chez Timbuktech (Canton, IL) en sept. 2019
Entretien
Went through the process of interviewing with owner and then proceeded to take a technical evaluation. First job out of college. After thanking them for the opportunity to interview and courtesy follow ups to show continued interest. Owner never responded to emails or phone calls. Poor taste

They use a three-step interview process. First is a phone interview, followed with an in person interview to evaluate if you're a cultural fit. Third is an in-person technical interview.
Phone interview went great, but when I went to the second interview, I had run a few minutes behind despite my GPS showing I had time to spare. We're talking 5 minutes late.
I went in the office, they told me the interviewer would be out in a few minutes. They then proceeded to ask me why I was late and why I didn't call them. I had no expectation of being late, why would I call about a problem I didn't know I had? The commute itself isn't bad and there were no delays.
I certainly don't want to work for this company.
