The interview process was straightforward and friendly. I applied online (or in-person), and I was contacted within a few days to come in for an interview. The interview took place at the store with the manager. It was a one-on-one, casual conversation that lasted about 15–20 minutes.
They asked questions about my availability, previous work experience (if any), how I handle customer service situations, and why I want to work at Tim Hortons. The manager also explained the job responsibilities and the expectations for the role.
Overall, the process was quick and not too stressful. I was told I’d hear back soon, and I got a call within a few days with the results.
The process was easy. They asked basic questions, had me complete paperwork, and assigned laptop-based tasks. After finishing the assignments, they began the training process and explained the job responsibilities.
I had a referral from a friend who had just started working there. I booked an interview with the manager soon after. Interview was approximately 10-15 minutes long and was asked the typical interview questions. I was hired on the spot.
