Interview was a joke. I brought my resume, and was escorted to the back of the restaurant, outside, where I spoke with the manager in front of the trash bins. I was basically hired on the spot because Tim Hortons is always in an employee shortage. I was escorted back inside the building, and handed the forms to fill out to accept the job (tax forms, terms and agreements) before actually being told I was hired, and then I was for asked my uniform size.
